Thomas and the people that work with him are great ! I cannot express this enough ! I have no intention of slandering another company but I will say I called another group of professionals out here a week ago to work on my septic system. They claimed ( they fixed my issue ) they were extremely quick not very detailed and basically the problem was back and I didn't feel like they even inspected it or even cared about the work they did to my system . I called Max out here based on a word of mouth recommendation to get his opinion and see what he could do for me . He found my problem pretty quickly looked over everything very thoroughly and took the time to explain everything to me . I appreciated this so much and now my issues is actually repaired. He also took the time to do a couple test for me so I can plan for the future to know the condition of my pump and likely how long it will last . So out of this service I got my issues repaired and now I have a plan for the long term life of my system and what to do to ensure it. To me that's just amazing ! All around great customer service great follow through and a way to make a repeat customer ! I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you've been taken advantage of in the past these guys will take care of you !

Parr's fit us into their very busy schedule at a very reasonable price. They had to dodge the Indiana weather of rain, freezing rain and a bit of snow. They dealt professionally with the town checking permits, requirements and inspection. They presented a technical approach that will enhance any future waterline replacement. Had to dig in a very tight area but had the equipment and skill to easily complete the task. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and more. • Some experience in Wells and Sump Pumps, Sewers, and Septic Tanks
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate verbally
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grip, handle, lift/carry up to 60 pounds, and push/pull 60 pounds up to 2/3 of the work day
